🐰 What kind of products do you sell?

At Buniverse, you’ll find all kinds of fun, safe, and practical accessories for your bunny – from toys and feeding bowls to cozy beds and grooming essentials.

🚚 What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €50. For orders under that amount, a flat rate of €4.95 applies.

⏱ How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship to the Netherlands and Belgium only. We are working on expanding to more countries soon.

Yes! You have 14 days to return your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are not covered.

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and more. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
